Welcome to Love Ritual. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Love Ritual mobile application (the "App") operated by Love Ritual ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — as a relationship wellness tool for couples. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App (such as gratitude entries, safe space reflections, and other ritual data). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you and your linked partner.
The App allows you to link your account with a partner. By linking, you consent to sharing your ritual data with your linked partner. You are responsible for ensuring that your partner is aware of and consents to the shared nature of the data within the App.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Love Ritual and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Love Ritual is a relationship wellness tool and is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Love Ritual shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for conduct that violates these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
